Core Issue Completion Therapy (CICT™) is the deep therapy process we use to accomplish the results we call Core Issue Completion. What it does is empty material from the Fucket Bucket via resolution work or “completion.”
Make it stand out.

Make it stand out.
The work is designed to identify the issues or “items” in the Fucket Bucket. The noticeable items are likely to be represented in the person’s problem or trouble. The source, or the provenance of those floating items is the hardened layers of older and more heavily defended material.
Each issue is assumed to involve one or more of the AEEs, so the FB items involve your sadness, your fear and your anger if it’s grief we’re talking about. And it’s your guilt, shame and disgust (as in, self or other loathing) if we’re talking about self-esteem damage. So the FB is filled with a mix of all that as these are the root emotioning elements tied to whatever trauma or history of wounding pertains.
It’s the completion of the emotional incompletions that we're focused on. And this has nothing to do with cognitive behavioral therapy, which is emphasizing what I think is the mistaken assumption that thoughts produce feeling states. Thoughts are not separate from feeling states and feeling states are not really separate from actions except in conversation. The whole being with its multifaceted Will and its ambivalence is acting all the time, around the clock.
The whole being with its multifaceted Will and its ambivalence is acting all the time, around the clock. And it's acting by generating thinking as an activity, it's acting by generating feeling states as an activity and it's acting by generating motoric overt behaviors as part of its activity.
All of our Will’s activity is all goal-oriented activity. The goal at any minute, for you, might be a defensive goal. Which leaves us with the potential to have a goal of not having other goals or experiences when we’ve already ‘got’ them. We got caught this way. If you have a psychological defense that you cannot imagine ever doing without, you have a trap, not a useful defense.
